Are you pregnant again? Congratulations! I invite all past students to attend the Stages of Labor and Labor Rehearsal classes for free in a group session.

Given birth before and you don’t need all the topics in the 8 week session? The miniseries may be a better fit for you. It is a 4 week session that covers the stages of labor, birth planning, and positions for labor comfort and progress.
